Grayhawk Golf Club, one of which is certain to be perfect for
your event. Each location has its own distinct personality and
all rooms radiate a warm, residential, Southwestern feel. Here's
a description of the unique meeting spaces available at Grayhawk:
 The
Fairway House
The Fairway House at Grayhawk offers a unique
setting that's perfect for your next special occasion. From
corporate parties and family get-togethers to weddings and anniversary
parties, the Fairway House is perfect for just about every social
event and is designed to accommodate groups of 20 to 300 people.
Its expansive picture windows provide unparalleled, breathtaking
views of Grayhawk's Raptor Course, The McDowell Mountains and
Pinnacle Peak. It also includes more than 6,000 square feet
of function space, offering full-service catering and event
planning assistance along with a specially-designed wedding
lawn.
The McDowell Room (Take
a Virtual Tour)
A perfect location for indoor receptions and
dinners, the McDowell Room is available for sit down dinners
for up to 180 guests. It features a beautiful hardwood floor
in the middle of the room that can be used as a dance floor
or additional seating for 50 guests
Quill Creek Café (Take
a Virtual Tour)
The Quill Creek Café patio
provides guests a panoramic view of the McDowell Mountains and
overlooks a sparkling lake on the Raptor course. The patio boasts
two enormous, wood-burning fireplaces that provide a rustic
atmosphere. The Quill Creek Café patio is available for
sit-down or buffet service. This venue can accommodate up to
200 guests.
Heather Farr Room
 The
Heather Farr Room is an ideal location for small gatherings
of up to 50 guests for buffet or sit down meal service. The
atmosphere is warm and inviting and offers picturesque night-time
views of the Valley.
Champions Room
 The
Champions Room can accommodate up to 30 people in a conference-style
setting, 25 in a U shape, 24 in a hollow square, 75 in theater-style
seating and 25 in a classroom style. The Champions Room also
has a patio with picturesque views of the Valley.
The Board Room
 The
Board Room is perfect for private meetings or dinner parties
and can accommodate up to eight guests in an intimate, Southwestern
atmosphere.
Phil's Grill Patio
Named after PGA Tour Professional and Grayhawk
Ambassador, Phil Mickelson, this patio offers breathtaking views
of the Raptor golf course. Its unique setting is perfect for
small buffet gatherings of up to 40 guests.
Golf Shop Patio
This patio is located just outside the golf
shop and is perfect for small buffet breakfasts before a golf
outing. This area can accommodate up to 50 sit-down guests and
up to 100 guests in a reception style.
