Grayhawk Community Association

Wendy Mueller your new on-site Community Association Representative is now aboard and available at the Grayhawk Information Center. Wendy comes to us with over 10 years of experience in association management. Eight years have been with Capital Consultants Managment Corporation a multi-regional company with over 25 years specializing in the management of large-scale master-planned communities. Wendy relocated to Phoenix from Albuquerque, New Mexico and is sensitive to new home ownership and community acclimation. As the Community Association Manager for Grayhawk, Wendy oversees the day to day operations of the community. This includes interacting with homeowners, facilitating meetings with the Board of Directors, supervising contractors and employees, performing site inspections and assuring homeowner adherence to Design Guidelines and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
