Ever wonder why it is so dark at night on the Retreat side of the Community? Ever wonder why the landscape maintenance personnel don't pick up dead debris in the common areas? Come find out all there is to know about City of Scottsdale's Natural Area Open Space Ordinance and the Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance, commonly referred to as N.A.O.S and E.S.L.O. Bill Larson, an expert on these issues and one of Grayhawk's original land planners will be our guest speaker. New residents will be given an overview of the community from 6:30-7 pm, with Mr. Larson's presentation to begin at 7 pm.
