Is anyone else experiencing frustration in reselling your Grayhawk home? I certainly understand the new "No For Sale Sign" policy and was one of the first to comply. What I don't understand is the new policy to forbid Open House direction signs on the weekends. Security is never consistant in enforcing this policy which is unfair to those of us who do comply. The Board of Directors allow the builders to use direction signs so why can't we as homeowners?
