I have a suggestion. In another 'exclusive' neighborhood they solved the problem of "For Sale" signs of every sort this way.. There was a single sign type that simply said for sale by broker with a phone number. All the signs were identical with only the phone # being different. I think it's important that others know about properties for sale.. i have friends who may want to move into the neighborhood!
