Thank you for your comments. Again, I do not have
a problem with the new "No Sign Policy", I do
however have a problem with the fact that the
board will only allow one open house sign in front
of your house on Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm. This
means a prospective buyer would have to drive in
and out of each neighborhood searching for open
house signs. This just doesn't happen - if there
is not open house sign directing them into your
neighborhood they rarely will go looking for it.
I just wish we would have know about all the
little "extra policies" they were going to add
we purchased our second home here and tried to
sell our first!
