Not with Mellon Mortgage, but with Countrywide... There seems to be a big delay from the time our property was originally assessed as a lot to the time it became classified as a residential property. Consequently, only $82 was taken out of my escrow account to pay taxes! And now the mortgage company has reduced my monthly payments by $150. I wish I could pay less without any repercussions. But, I know it will come back to haunt me. Until the county sends the revised information to my mortgage company, they will continue to think that I live on a dirt lot!!!!
