The Grayhawk Resident Intranet is an open and lightly moderated forum for residents of the Grayhawk communities. It is provided so that our residents can interact with each other from the comfort of home. We ask that our residents respect their neighbors by adhering to the following guidelines when posting a message to the board: Please do not use all caps in the subject or body of a message. In the online world this is the equivalent of shouting. Please do not disrupt the utility of this message board. Flaming (insulting or abusive messages) or excessive posting to the message board diminishes your fellow residents desire to use the board. Please do not use the Grayhawk Resident Intranet Message Board as substitute for e-mail. Remember the e-mail addresses that a resident posts can be used to respond directly to that resident. Before replying to a message remember that your reply may not be useful to anyone but that one resident. In such a case we ask that you please refrain from posting your response but e-mail it instead. Users that do not adhere to the above guidelines may have their messages immediately removed. Grayhawk will periodically delete the oldest message from this board to keep the page readable and to make room for new messsages. Please let us know if you have any questions or thoughts.
