Quality medical care, right in
your neighborhood.
Scottsdale Healthcare's third medical campus is located in Grayhawk near the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Thompson Peak Parkway, providing convenient access to high quality medical care for Grayhawk residents and the Northeast Valley community.
The Thompson Peak Medical Plaza, 20201 N. Scottsdale Healthcare Dr., houses several physician practices representing a variety of specialties. Additional services in the medical plaza include radiology, physical therapy, a wound care center and a pharmacy.
Scottsdale Healthcare recently announced it will build its third hospital, Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak, on the medical campus.
Groundbreaking for the new Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak hospital is expected in May 2006 with anticipated opening in October 2007.
The 120-bed full service hospital will open with 60 inpatient beds and shelled space for 60 additional future beds. Projected services include an emergency department, inpatient and outpatient surgery and a full range of support services, diagnostic imaging and non-invasive diagnostics.
The Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak hospital will help fulfill the vision of Grayhawk’s master developers, whose planning included a medical campus along with commercial office buildings, retail, golf and residential uses.
Grayhawk's master development plan designated this area for medical/hospital use and hospital zoning was approved by the City of Scottsdale in 1995. The hospital will be designed within city zoning requirements.
Scottsdale Healthcare is the not-for-profit parent organization of the Scottsdale Healthcare Shea and Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn hospitals, Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center, Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak medical campus, Scottsdale Healthcare Home Health Services and Scottsdale Healthcare Community Health Services.
