The Park's 497 acres are also host to a number of amenities that can be enjoyed not only by residents, but by the general public, as well. These community-oriented facilities include a playing soccer private elementary school, a public elementary school, a luxury life care retirement community and a future medical campus. A 15-acre city park with basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, playgrounds, lighted softball fields, playgrounds, ramadas, picnic areas and multi-use fields suitable for soccer, junior football and rugby is also located in the heart of The Park.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Scottsdale Thunderbirds Branch is located in Grayhawk. This community center includes a gymnasium, learning center, computer room, arts & crafts room, multi-purpose areas, and a before and after school program for elementary school children. The Boys & Girls Club facility offers comprehensive youth development-health, educational and fitness related programs.
